YOUR ORDER




We use Courier Post nationally and they offer Track and Trace facilities. We also use NZ Post parcel post for smaller item deliveries to Waiheke Island and Rural Deliveries. If you are located in a Rural District (RD) it is important you include your RD details in the delivery address so we can be take it into account when we dispatch your goods. Failure to include the correct address may result in delays or your parcel being returned to us. We reserve the right to use a different courier or delivery agent at our discretion.

Orders are processed within 36 hours. Courier Post deliveries to a town address are overnight within New Zealand.
Please allow an extra 1-2 working days for Large parcels to the South Island or for Rural Deliveries.

If your order is urgent or you require Saturday delivery please note this in the comments box at checkout or phone/email us and we will do our best to prioritise your order. We recommend a town address to ensure overnight delivery as Rural Delivery usually takes and extra 1-2 days..

For Direct credit please allow an extra day for funds to clear in our account. For Cheque payments please allow time for us to receive your cheque and 3 working days for cheque clearance. If your order is urgent we recommend credit card or Direct Credit/Bank Deposit.

Australian Customers

- Your order will be shipped with NZ Post normal untracked air post, please allow 5-15 working days for delivery. We can not take any responsibility for time of delivery. If urgent please contact us for a quote for express tracked service.

International Customers

- please contact us by email, phone or fax for a quote to ship to countries outside New Zealand or Australia. Visit www.nzpost.co.nz for an indication of their international rates

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Horse GIfts NZ is committed to providing quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product, please return it to us in original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will replace it or refund your purchase price using the original payment method.

Unfortunately, your postage charges on returns are not refundable. However, if you are returning an item for exchange (ie. the same style is being changed for a different design or colour), you are not required to pay for standard delivery on the outgoing parcel. All other returns or reorders will be charged the standard delivery rate.

 

We inspect every delivery into Horse Gifts NZ to ensure that the products you receive meet our high quality standards. However if you do receive a product which is faulty or damaged, please do not hesitate to contact us to arrange free return delivery and an exchange or refund.

 

PRE-ORDERS

If you wish to pre-order for a special occasion such as a birthday and would like a preferred delivery date, please specify details in the comments box during the checkout process or contact us via email or fax. We will do our best to meet your request.

 

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Our preferred method of shipping is via Courier Post, especially for customers with a Rural Delivery address. We have found Courier Post efficient and reliable. Unless requested we use non signature required as we have found signature required an inconvenience for rural customers. If you would prefer signature required please state this in the comments box during the checkout procedure.



SHIPPING COST

Charges are based on weight/size and are automatically calculated during the checkout process prior to finalising your order and payment. Courier charges within New Zealand range from a $4.50 for an A5 size to $15.00 for 0.025 cubic metres. Oversized items such as Comforter Sets, Blankets & Artwork will incur additional charges.

We pride ourselves with prompt despatch of your order, usually within 24 hrs of receiving your order with overnight delivery to most cities and towns throughout New Zealand. Please allow an extra day or for large parcels to the South Island and Rural Deliveries . Please let us know if your order is urgent and we will ensure same day dispatch.

 

OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS

We are happy to ship overseas. However, we will only ship to the registered address of the credit card holder. Due to increased overseas credit card fraud we are required to verify ownership of the card for customers outside of New Zealand or Austrlaia. A faxed or scanned copy of the credit card and signature of the card holder will be required. For larger orders we will require wired transfer of funds. For overseas shipping we use NZ Post unless otherwise requested. Please contact us for a shipping quote.
